Affordable, Accessible Alternative Dispute Resolution
NATUG offers neutral, affordable, and accessible landlord-tenant mediation, negotiation support, and arbitration services to reduce conflict and prevent unnecessary evictions. Our ADR approach resolves disputes faster and more cost-effectively than litigation, preserving relationships where possible while protecting tenant rights.

Case Intake & Assessment
Tenant contacts NATUG helpline or visits regional office to report dispute. Trained advisor assesses urgency, documents details, and determines appropriate resolution pathway.

Referral or Direct Mediation
Complex cases referred to Rent Control Department or legal aid partners. Standard disputes proceed to NATUG-facilitated mediation with trained volunteer mediators.

Neutral Facilitation
